
However, there are some costs which will not be funded under the scheme. Some of the costs that do not qualify include:

Projects which have commenced prior to the application |

Operational costs such as rental of venue, utility bills (air-conditioning, electricity, etc), correspondence costs (telephone and facsimile charges, stamps, etc) |

| d) |
Infrastructural development including refurbishment of buildings and spaces |

| e) |
Major capital expenditure including office equipment |
|
| f) |
Manpower costs such as staff salaries and claims |

NHB reserves the right to accept or reject proposals submitted. Where necessary, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. All decisions made on proposals are final.

HI2P grant will be disbursed on a reimbursement basis. The applying organisation would be required to fulfil stipulated conditions before partial or full amount of grant would be reimbursed by cheque. The applying organisation must make the claims within six months of the end of the qualifying period. |
